Omega Seamaster “Edizione Venezia”

A new interpretation of an authentic classic. Exclusive to the most romantic city in the world.

Omega introduces its new Seamaster “Edizione Venezia”, two new models that are to be exclusive to Omega’s boutique, in Venice.

The choice for Venice is not at random, it roots back to the ’50s, when the Seamaster collection was still quite new. Despite representing the marine soul of the brand, the collection was still missing a distinctive emblem, something unique.

The answer came then from one of the designers, who was fascinated with Venice, its gondolas and one of their most characteristic decorations, Neptune’s seahorse, that will raise as the Seamaster collection’s symbol, by appearing on the timepieces since 1957.

With these two new models, Omega pays homage to Venice, to its history and to the role the city had in shaping the Seamaster collection itself.

The inner caseback presents the words “Seamaster” and “Edizione Venezia” – marking the Limited Edition. The transparent sapphire crystal, laser engraved with the Seahorse medallion, let the Master Chronometre calibre 8801 with Sedna gold finish visible in all its harmonic design.
