Piaget Limelight Blooming Rose Watch

I already wrote, here on High Jewellery Dream, about the delicate Rose Collection, by Piaget.

This collection not only offers jewellery and high jewellery creations, but also fine watches shining like roses on a morning dew: Piaget Limelight Blooming Rose Watch.

In Yves Piaget’s magic garden, the Limelight Blooming Rose watch unfolds like a bouquet of glittering diamonds on rose and white gold.

As the flower blossoms, four set petals give life to delicately rounded lines, which make this timepiece the perfect fit during daytime. At sunset, as a premonition of an enchanting evening, the flower unfolds completely to reveal four new petals set with diamonds.

Piaget has utilized all its savoir-faire to create this rose, by engineering an ingenious secret mechanism: the upper case of the watch makes a 45º turn whenever required, thanks to an invisible mechanism mysteriously orchestrated by all Piaget’s expertise.

By evoking the ephemeral nature of the rose, Piaget has been able to infuse life to a jewel, representation of an eternally blossomed rose.
